We process data only within the scope needed to provide connection, account, and security functions, and we protect your privacy according to this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, crash logs, and connection status. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendations, based on Transocks VPN route availability; 2. Performance optimization, using anonymized aggregate data to identify regional connection trends; 3. Service communication, such as important updates, security notices, and subscription-related messages sent through your registered email or account.

We transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers only where needed, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except where required by legal process, regulatory obligations, user safety needs, or confidential service-provider arrangements, we do not share your personal information with unrelated third parties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data has been collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures promptly. We also use physical, electronic, and permission-based safeguards to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product functionality, or business changes. Please review this page periodically.
