Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Transocks VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, service scope, or pricing and will notify users where necessary. Users are responsible for device security, account credentials, and local network conditions. Jailbreaking or rooting devices is not recommended.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by those partners’ respective terms of service.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, system permission restrictions, or carrier network issues. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or while roaming, and those costs are the user’s responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Although we strive to provide accurate route information and available nodes, some network conditions depend on third-party data centers, carriers, and local environments. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses beyond the scope required by law. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version where necessary. After service termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: rare technical problems may affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues or provide alternatives, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unauthorized Use: no refund will be provided if license keys, digital product access, or account rights are shared, resold, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
